Amalgamation ~ What is the meaning of Amalgamation in 3SG?

But if there was one sin above another which called for the destruction of the race by the flood, it was the base crime of amalgamation of man and beast which defaced the image of God, and caused confusion everywhere. God purposed to destroy by a flood that powerful, long-lived race that had corrupted their ways before him.  3SG 64.1

Not sure if you all have seen it, but there has been quite a discussion lately among Adventists as to what Ellen White meant when she spoke about AMALGAMATION.

I believe I understand this topic better than I ever did before…and NO ~ Amalgamation doesn’t mean humans and animals having sex and producing hybrids.
